Your safety is our top priority at Four Points by Sheraton Ljubljana Mons. Please take a moment to review these important fire safety instructions when you check in and during your stay.
When You Check In
- Locate Fire Exits: Find the nearest fire exits and count the number of doors between your room and the exit.
- Check Exit Doors: Open exit doors and familiarize yourself with the staircase layout.
- Find Safety Equipment: Locate the nearest alarm pull station and fire extinguisher.
- Inspect Your Room: Study the room layout and read the fire emergency information posted on the back of your door.
- Keep Your Key Handy: Always keep your room key near your bed for quick access.
If Your Door is Hot
- Do NOT Open It: Call the fire department (0-112) and state your location and name.
- Notify the Front Desk: Dial 700 for assistance or press “Guest Services quick dial button”
- Block Smoke: Stuff wet towels or clothes under the door and in air vents.
- Stay Calm: Wait for instructions. If you cannot exit, your room is the safest place to be.
- Need Air? If above ground floor, avoid breaking the window—open it carefully if necessary.
Evacuation Plan
- If You See Fire or Smoke: Call 0-112 and the front desk (700). Take your room keycard.
- Check the Door: If it’s not hot, open slightly and look for the nearest exit sign.
- Exit Safely: Close the door behind you, alert others, and activate the nearest fire alarm.
- Use Stairs, Not Elevators: Walk to the nearest stairway and exit the building.
- Stay Low: If smoke is present, keep low to the ground.
Your awareness and quick action can make all the difference. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe.
